Geekbench has confirmed a likely Samsung S9 mini smartphone. The phone model is the Samsung SM-G8750. Last year Samsung releases the S8 Active smartphone to complement the Samsung S8. It seems this year a mini smartphone will be launched instead.
Geekbench report shows that the S9 mini has a single-core score of 1619 and a multi-core score of 5955. The report was provided on April 2 and has been seen by 150 people already.
A Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 will accompany the S9 mini, also it will use an OS of Android 8.0 Oreo. From the report, the phone will have an internal memory RAM of 4GB and will have a octa core single processor running at 1.8 GHz built on a 81 bits architecture.
But its not time to trust the name giving to this Samsung phone. Samsung have not launch a mini smartphone since the S5 mini.
