Samsung Bixby voice assistance is now available in US English. This version can now be downloaded in USA and Korea. You may recall that Bixby was having issues with T-Mobile carrier recently. However, the tech giant has resolved the issues.
Users of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8Plus in Korea and US can now get the new Bixby version if they update there OS.
A quote from Samsung website states
Galaxy S8 and S8+ users in the U.S. can start using Bixby’s voice service immediately by updating the application to the latest software version. Bixby’s voice capabilities are currently available in Korean and U.S. English in South Korea and the United States on the Galaxy S8 and S8+. Samsung will continuously expand this service with additional languages and devices in the near future.
Bixby voice services can be used by pressing the Bixby hardware button at the left hand side of the device or just say Hello Bizby. The voice assistance can help perform task for any Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus users. It can perform tasks like setting of alarm, turning on flashlight, find photos you took in San Fransisco, remind you of a particular event or to pick up items in a grocery store among others without tapping your device. All you need to do is talk to your Samsung S8 and S8 Plus.
Samsung promises to introduced this features in all Samsung smart phones and tablets soon.
