The press release issued in the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) shows that Mr. Suleiman Yahyah the chairman of Nigeria Aviation Holding Company PLC has submitted it’s resignation letter.
The reason for his resignation was as a result of his long ill-health.
As a result, the vice chairman Mr. Denis Hasfentuafel is now the chairman of the board.
His past activities has been widely praised. During his tenure, the company saw tremendous growth in assets from 9 billion to 15 billion. Equipping NAHCO with state-of-the-art equipments among others.
